Mission statement regarding quality

A warm welcome to our customers. 4Source sees itself as a link between the free market and industry. We want to become and be the preferred supplier and partner for end customers and distributors in our major business field.

Customer's satisfaction with our services and their enthusiasm are the decisive factors on what kind of market position we can achieve. We make a broad commitment to service quality and make it the focus of our company culture and values.

We want to prove our motto "You call – we work – you gain" to our customers on a daily basis:

  • 4Source shows: it can often work more cost efficient and faster.
  • 4Source finds sources which others won’t find.
  • 4Source delivers reliably, fast and on time.
  • 4Source informs and communicates fast, in detail and honestly.

Honesty in what we say and reliability in what we do is the basis for all of our customer relationships. This means:

  • we do not offer services we cannot provide.
  • we are passionate about the services we do provide.

It is important to us to win and keep our clients! We want to provide and secure a lasting workplace for our employees in a healthy and family-like working environment marked by esteem and mutual respect. We want to achieve all of this with a minimum of necessary rules and a maximum of freedom. We require and expect from our employees the following:

  • a clear and lasting commitment to the company in the sense of entrepreneurial thinking.
  • a team oriented thought process and independent working according to the principles of the "internal customer supplier relationship".
  • professional and honest conduct for all customer contact to achieve efficient solutions which are creative, flexible, customer oriented and good for the company.
  • a businesslike, target oriented and prompt communication during conflict situations.
  • a high willingness to further their qualifications and their know-how.

Our service quality is reflected in our supplier’s product quality. We procure from secure sources or inform our customers in advance about the risks. We expect from our suppliers delivery on time and to the expected quality and offer in return a long term business relationship as well as prompt payment according to the agreement.

Error prevention is the top priority. We cannot exclude errors but we respond to problems actively, businesslike and target oriented.

We realize changes in order to prevent errors and to increase productivity in the context of structured, continuous process improvement measures.

We want to be a successful investment in the long run for our shareholders.

A consequent implementation of this mission statement contributes to the economic security of the company and to the preservation of jobs.
